We don't talk to your clients. Ever.

Callibre never reaches out to your end clients, surveys them, markets to them, or appears as the counterparty on anything they touch. If your client emails support, the reply comes from your team (Operator / Coached Operator) or from our team writing under your brand (CEO Path). No exceptions, no "but…", no hostage-data tactics if you ever leave.

Is the white-label real or just a logo swap?
Real. Your domain, your dashboard, your client portal, your billing, your support tickets routed to your team. The Callibre name does not appear on client-facing surfaces under any plan.
What happens if a client searches for the underlying platform?
They find your brand, not ours. Product references in the portal name your agency. Notification emails come from your domain. Invoices carry your name. We don't market to your clients, ever.
Can I white-label the client portal too?
Yes. Your colors, your logo, your name, your domain. Clients log in at portal.youragency.com (or whatever subdomain you choose). Same product, different paint.
If I cancel, what happens to my clients?
You keep them. Contact data, conversation logs, and workflows export cleanly. Callibre's team never contacts your clients during cancellation or after.
