No per-seat games. Usage is billed on top of your platform plan and excludes client account and phone-number fees (number rental, A2P registration). Short-call minimums and certain telephony pass-through charges may apply.
Yes. Our team ports your prompts, knowledge bases, phone numbers, and workflows, rebuilds them on Callibre, and QA-tests everything before cutover — usually in parallel with your existing setup so there's zero downtime.
Nothing your clients will notice. Callibre runs its own in-house LLM on its own hosting. Third-party models like OpenAI and Anthropic are available as optional routing, but they're never a dependency.
