Already paying for HighLevel?
Callibre is free.
Nobody stalls on switching because the software is worse. They stall because it means a second invoice. So we took that invoice off the table. Upgrade or start your HighLevel plan through our link and your Callibre platform plan is comped, for as long as that subscription stays active. Launch your own AI agency without paying twice to start.
Takes about five minutes. HighLevel charges you the same either way.
I worked on HighLevel's Voice AI.
Then I built the thing I wanted.
I was Director of AI at HighLevel, working on the Voice AI product. I know what it does well and I know exactly where it stops. Callibre is the version I wanted while I was in there.
Better quality on the call. Lower cost per minute. More functionality, all in one place instead of three tools taped together with automations you maintain yourself. That is the entire pitch, and the pricing section below shows the receipts.
There is no reason not to make the switch unless you like paying more for less. And since you are already paying for HighLevel, I am not going to ask you to fund a second platform just to find out I am right. Upgrade through our link and Callibre costs you nothing.
You already decided.
The second invoice is what stopped you.
Every agency we talk to has the same shape of problem. HighLevel is already paid for. Voice AI is the obvious next line of revenue. But the platform that does it properly wants another few hundred a month before you have sold a single seat, and that is the number that kills it.
We are not giving it away out of goodwill. HighLevel pays a referral commission on subscriptions that come through our link, and we would rather spend that on getting you live than on ads. You pay HighLevel exactly what you would have paid anyway. The only thing that changes is who gets credited, and whether you also get a platform fee.
The top plan.
Not a stripped-down free tier.
This is the Agency tier, the one that normally runs $497 a month. Nothing is held back, no account ceiling, no per-agent line item, no upgrade prompt six weeks in.
Agency plan, comped
The full platform at $0 a month for as long as your HighLevel subscription stays active with us.
Unlimited client accounts
Onboard as many clients as you can sell. A won client is a sub-account, not a rebuild.
Unlimited hybrid AI agents
One agent across voice, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email and live chat, on one shared memory. Build as many as the work needs.
White-label everything
Your domain, your dashboard, your client portal, your billing. Your clients never see the word Callibre.
Rebilling on every cost
Voice minutes, model usage, SMS, WhatsApp, chat and numbers. Set your margin once, globally, and keep the spread.
White glove onboarding
We set the account up with you and build your first hybrid agent on a call. Nobody starts at a blank screen.
24/7 support in your channels
We join your Slack or WhatsApp. Real engineers answer in the thread your team already works in. No ticket portal.
Migration included
On Retell, Synthflow, VAPI or HighLevel's built-in AI? Our team ports the prompts, knowledge bases, numbers and workflows, and QA tests before cutover.
$0.07 a minute,
plus the model you pick.
Usage is the only bill you get, and it is itemized down to the layer. Orchestration is flat at $0.07 a minute. On top of that sits the language model you chose at build time and your telephony. No markup on any of it.
Where the HighLevel minute actually goes
These are HighLevel's own published rates, not our estimate. The thing to notice is that the voice engine and the speech line are billed separately, and the model is metered on top of both.
Run ElevenLabs v3 on HighLevel and the fixed lines come to $0.227 a minute before the model has produced a single token. That is more than Callibre's most expensive all-in rate, where the same ElevenLabs voice is already inside the $0.07. Rates from HighLevel's published AI pricing and our own billing.
The difference is not the rate. It is who controls it. With a metered bill, the caller who rambles for eleven minutes decides your margin. With a flat rate, you do.
See the actual invoicesThey came for the quality.
Then they saw the bill.
An agency running several hundred HighLevel sub-accounts came to us about quality. Their voice agents were inconsistent, call to call, and they were losing bookings to it. On the way in we read their entire Voice AI history out of HighLevel's own usage API. 178,351 billed minutes over 110 days. The quality problem was the reason they called. This is what we found underneath it.
HighLevel bills Voice AI on tokens, not minutes, so there is no per-minute rate printed anywhere on the invoice to check. You have to divide the charges by the minutes yourself. When we did, it came out at $0.188 a minute. Those same minutes cost them $0.090 on Callibre today, less than half.
Read that table again. Ninety-one percent of those minutes ran on the cheapest model on the menu, and the bill still blended to $0.188. The agency did everything right on model choice. The pricing structure took the margin anyway, because the caller decides how many tokens a minute burns, and nobody picks a cheaper model than the cheapest one.
They migrated. Same agents, same volume, rebuilt by our team and QA tested before cutover. The quality complaint is gone because the voice engine and the prompt work changed. The bill went from a number nobody could predict to a number they set at build time.
Aggregate figures published with the agency's written permission. No client or sub-account is named, and the account is not identified. The HighLevel figures are their real invoiced charges. The Callibre figure is the same monthly volume at $0.090 a minute, which is the in-house Callibre LLM ($0.020) plus orchestration ($0.070) on their own SIP trunk. On a flat rate that number is arithmetic, not a forecast: pick a different model and it moves between $0.086 and $0.140, still flat, still locked at build time.
It does not sit next to HighLevel.
It runs inside it.
Your team keeps working where they already work. You OAuth the agency workspace, push a build to the sub-accounts you choose, and every conversation lands in the inbox they already have open. There is no second system to learn and nothing in the middle to maintain.
OAuth the workspace
Standard HighLevel marketplace OAuth at the agency level. Tokens refresh themselves. You can revoke access from inside HighLevel any time, without talking to us.
Snapshot install
Push one proven agent build to one sub-account, or to all of them at once. Per-sub-account overrides where they genuinely matter, and nowhere they do not.
Native workflow actions
Agents fire HighLevel workflow triggers directly: book a calendar slot, update a contact field, move an opportunity stage, tag a record. No webhooks to wire, no Zaps to babysit.
Calendars, both directions
The agent reads live availability out of your HighLevel calendars, so the slot it offers is a slot you actually have. Bookings write back. Cancellations propagate.
Contacts and opportunities
Two-way sync. New leads land in HighLevel, agent-set fields flow back, and the agent reads opportunity stage so it knows what to say to someone already halfway down your pipeline.
One inbox, not two
Every conversation Callibre handles, on every channel, appears in HighLevel's unified inbox with the turn-by-turn transcript. Your team looks in exactly one place.
The handoff nobody has to think about.
When one of your people takes over a thread from inside HighLevel, the agent pauses on its own. No toggle, no rule to configure, no window where both of them are typing. When your person hands it back, the agent resumes with the full context of everything that was said in between, including the part a human wrote.
Same contact record, same opportunity, same workflows, the whole way through. Your GHL-trained operators do not learn a parallel universe. They keep doing the job they already know, and the agent covers the hours and the volume they cannot.
Four steps.
Live this week.
Start or upgrade HighLevel through our link
Same plans, same price, same HighLevel. The link just credits the referral to us, which is what pays for your comp. If you already have an account, message us first and we will tell you whether it qualifies before you touch anything.
Open the HighLevel linkSend us the confirmation
Forward the HighLevel receipt to hello@callibre.ai and we verify the referral on our side. Usually same day.
We provision your white-label workspace
Your Callibre Agency plan is switched to comped, your workspace goes up on your own domain, and your HighLevel agency account connects over OAuth. Calendars, contacts and opportunities sync from day one.
We build your first hybrid agent with you
A real call with our prompt team. We load the knowledge base, write and QA the agent, connect the calendar, and hand you a working deployment. Then you are in a shared Slack channel with us, 24/7, for everything after.
Launch your own AI agency.
Not a reseller badge.
You are not signing up for a dashboard with someone else's logo in the corner. You get your own platform, your own pricing, and a build team behind every client you sign. Here is what hybrid actually means.
Easy to get started
No implementation fee, no discovery phase, nothing waiting on us. Claim your workspace, get on a call, and we build your first hybrid agent with you. Most partners deploy and bill their first client inside two weeks.
Full control on pricing
We charge you cost. You charge your client whatever the outcome is worth. Set the margin once, globally, across every cost and every sub-account, and the spread is yours on every minute and every message.
Your brand on everything
Your domain, your dashboard, your client portal, your invoices, your support. Even our engineers work under your name. Your clients never learn that Callibre exists, and your client relationship stays yours.
Sell it as yours.
An agent that answers every call, books against a live calendar and never takes a night off is worth a real retainer to your client. What it costs you is cents a minute. That gap is the whole business, and we are not going to tell you how to price it or show up in your client's inbox.
What you will actually be selling
Four deployments that cover most of what agencies actually get paid for.
AI receptionists
Answer on the first ring, route, and book against live calendar availability. Nights, weekends, and the overflow your client's front desk never gets to.
AI sales agents
Qualify across calls, SMS and WhatsApp without the lead repeating themselves. Same memory, same agent, whichever channel they answer on.
AI support agents
Resolve tier-one questions end to end, pull from a grounded knowledge base, and escalate to a human on rules you set.
Outbound at scale
Reactivation campaigns, speed to lead, and follow-up sequences that run across voice and text with human handoff when it matters.
- The comp is tied to the referral. Your Callibre platform plan stays at $0 for as long as the HighLevel subscription you started or upgraded through our link stays active and attributed to us. If that changes, we tell you before anything on your bill does.
- Usage is separate and always has been. Voice minutes, the language model, telephony, phone numbers and A2P registration are billed at pass-through cost. The comp removes the platform fee, not the infrastructure.
- HighLevel's price does not change. Our link does not add anything to what HighLevel charges you. It changes who they credit.
- Existing accounts are case by case. Upgrades usually qualify. Some account structures cannot be re-attributed. Ask us first and we will give you a straight answer instead of letting you find out afterwards.
Questions about the offer.
The Callibre platform plan, all the way up to the Agency tier at $497 a month. Unlimited client accounts, unlimited hybrid AI agents, the white-label client portal, rebilling on every cost, and 24/7 support in your own channels. You pay $0 for the platform and only pay usage, at pass-through cost.
No. HighLevel's price is HighLevel's price. Using our link does not change what they charge you. It changes who HighLevel pays the referral commission to, and that commission is what funds your comped Callibre plan.
Yes, in most cases. Upgrading an existing account through the link usually qualifies, and transfers between agency accounts are possible depending on where your account currently sits. Message us before you click anything and we will tell you straight whether your specific account qualifies.
No. Callibre installs the way a HighLevel app is supposed to install: OAuth at the agency level, snapshots out to the sub-accounts you pick, native workflow actions instead of webhooks. Conversations appear in HighLevel's unified inbox with the full transcript, so your team looks in one place. When a rep takes a thread over from inside HighLevel the agent pauses by itself, and when they hand it back it resumes with everything that was said in between. The full integration detail is here.
Usage only. Voice from $0.07 a minute for orchestration, plus the language model you pick, plus telephony. Every layer is itemized and passed through at cost, with no markup. Phone numbers and A2P registration are billed at what the carrier charges.
For as long as the HighLevel subscription you started or upgraded through our link stays active and attributed to us. If that subscription ends or moves, the platform plan reverts to standard pricing and we will tell you before it does. No silent switch.
Because Callibre is flat and HighLevel meters by the token. On our own HighLevel invoices, the same agent on the same model billed $0.142 a minute on one call and $0.215 on another seven minutes later. Callibre is $0.07 orchestration plus the model you pick, which lands between $0.086 and $0.140 all in, and it is the same number on every call regardless of how chatty the caller is. The receipts are here.
As many as you can sell. The comped plan is the Agency tier, which has no sub-account ceiling. Every client is a sub-account, not a rebuild, and you set your own rebill rate on every cost.
A real call, not a help article. We set your workspace up end to end, load your knowledge base, build and QA your first hybrid agent alongside you, and connect your calendars and workflows. Then you are in a shared Slack or WhatsApp channel with our team, 24/7.
You keep your clients. Contact data, conversation logs and workflows export cleanly, and your HighLevel account is yours regardless. We are not holding anything hostage to keep the referral.
Stop paying twice.
Start selling.
Upgrade HighLevel through our link and the platform fee is gone. Or book 30 minutes first and we will check your account, show you a working hybrid agent in your vertical, and tell you honestly whether this is worth doing.
