Platform · Agent Builder

Build an agent in an afternoon.

Visual canvas. Snapshot library. Real tools that fire real HighLevel actions. You describe what the agent should do, attach what it can reach, choose what happens at the edges — and ship to one sub-account or forty.

How it works

Four steps. Same canvas every time.

Step 01

Load a snapshot or start blank

Pick from the snapshot library — inbound qualifier, missed-call recovery, appointment booker, after-hours triage — or open an empty canvas if you're building something specific.

Step 02

Wire prompts, tools, and knowledge

Set the agent's role and policy in plain text. Attach tools (book a calendar slot, look up a contact, fire a workflow). Point at a knowledge base. The agent grounds every answer in what you connected.

Step 03

Configure channels and hand-off

Choose which channels the agent answers on. Set hand-off rules (intent triggers, confidence thresholds, business hours). Pick the LLM — Haiku for most jobs, Sonnet for the hard ones, Gemini Flash for the volume side.

Step 04

Test, then ship

Run scripted test cases inside the builder before the agent ever sees a real call. When the flows look right, ship to a single sub-account or push to all of them via the snapshot mechanism.

What you get in the box

Production primitives, not toys.

A

Snapshot library

Pre-built agents for the workflows agencies run every week. Load, customize, ship.

B

Tools that fire

Native HighLevel actions: book calendar, update contact field, add tag, trigger workflow, post note. Plus custom HTTP tools for anything outside HighLevel.

C

Knowledge base

Drop a PDF, paste a URL, ingest a help center. The agent grounds answers in it and refuses to speculate beyond it when you set the policy that way.

D

Per-call replay

Every call has a transcript, the audio, the latency profile, every tool call fired, and the effective per-minute cost. Replay and diff against expected behavior.

E

Versioning

Agents are versioned. Roll forward, roll back, A/B test, freeze a version for compliance review. The build is not in the canvas's head.

F

Push to sub-accounts

Build once, ship to a single sub-account or to all of them via snapshot. Per-account overrides supported for the things that genuinely differ.

Ship the agent your client wanted last quarter.

Most teams have their first agent live in a couple of days. DWY tier gets the snapshot walkthrough; DFY tier has it deployed for you.
