Start from a proven build or start blank

Step 02

Wire prompts, tools, and knowledge

Set the agent's role and policy in plain text. Attach tools (book a calendar slot, look up a contact, fire a workflow). Point at a knowledge base. The agent grounds every answer in what you connected.

Step 03

Configure channels and hand-off

Choose which channels the agent answers on. Set hand-off rules (intent triggers, confidence thresholds, business hours). Pick the LLM — Haiku for most jobs, Sonnet for the hard ones, Gemini Flash for the volume side.

Step 04

Test, then ship

Run scripted test cases inside the builder before the agent ever sees a real call. When the flows look right, ship to a single workspace or push to all of them via the template mechanism.

Agents are versioned. Roll forward, roll back, A/B test, freeze a version for compliance review. The build is not in the canvas's head.
