Why someone builds this product specifically.
Most voice-AI platforms are built by engineers who then go looking for agencies to sell into. Callibre is built the opposite way around — by an operator who has run the agency motion at scale, sold the agency-services business once, and gone inside HighLevel to see the same economics from the platform side. Fer has watched what works and what doesn't from every seat in this game.
That perspective shows up in product decisions agencies feel immediately. The pass-through voice pricing exists because Fer has watched too many agencies get crushed by surprise infrastructure bills on their first big month. The Done-For-You tier exists because the bottleneck on every $50K-MRR agency he's worked with was the founder still doing the delivery. The Done-With-You snapshot exists because the alternative — agencies trying to learn the platform without the workflow — die at 90 days.
